What to include in a combined transport enquiry
For preliminary route planning, specify the origin and destination, cargo type, weight and volume, packaging method and cargo readiness date. If the dimensions of individual cargo units, preferred delivery timeframe or restrictions on particular transport modes are known, include these details in your enquiry. Also state whether transshipment, temporary storage, customs clearance or insurance is required.
